How is this scene?
Why not?
From the pack Heatwave Made for warm summer evenings and slowing down after the day.
A stone seafront at night: cast-iron lamps pool light on the paving, a cat on a bench watches the moon's path on the water, waves rub along a stone pier with lamps and sometimes splash up, a small boat bobs at anchor and a town with a church glows across the bay. Blue hour in the light look.
