Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong, please write to us first at hello [at] noiserun.com. Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do. This is your request for remedy. We reply as soon as we can, and within 30 days at the latest.

Alternative dispute resolution. If you are a consumer and you are not happy with how we handled your request, or we didn't reply within 30 days, you can ask an alternative dispute resolution body to help. It is free for you. For us, the competent body is the Slovak Trade Inspection:

Please send your proposal within one year of our reply, or of the end of the 30 days if we didn't reply. The procedure can be held in Slovak or English. Another competent body from the list kept by the Slovak Ministry of Economy can also be used. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help with cross-border questions.

You can always go to court instead. For card payments through Paddle, Paddle's terms also explain how payment disputes are handled.
